Ecosystem Strengths

Recognized as one of the few viable and affordable alternatives to discontinued Logitech Harmony remotes, offering extensive IR and Bluetooth device databases, activity macro programming, and solid hardware ergonomics.

Considerations

Criticized for unstable Wi-Fi hub connectivity, occasionally buggy mobile apps, inconsistent customer support, and slow or limited native Matter and smart home platform integration.
