Ecosystem Strengths

Widely praised by home automation enthusiasts for offering feature-packed, competitively priced devices with extensive parameter customization, excellent firmware update support, and responsive customer service.

Considerations

Historically focused almost exclusively on Z-Wave with slow Matter rollout, aesthetic/build plastics can feel utilitarian, and advanced multi-tap configurations can require complex setup in certain ecosystems.
